Abate deserves credit. It's not easy to play CB if you are not specially trained for it, especially in Serie A. He was very solid. This feels very nice.

I get that we're all tired of seeing Gattuso bashing but dear god does he make something as simple as subbing seem like a complicated task.
Oh well, at least we got an important win

I'll eat my words when it comes to Bakayoko. He's been looking very solid of late.
Very important win today, huge for morale.

I don't know why are people complaining, Milan played good game against tough Parma team that is 6th on the table. Abate surprised me as CB i didn't expect him to play that good. I like how Bakayoko got better for very short time and now he is bossing in the midfield. Kessie is tireless, in 93 minute he is running from back to opposition box, i mean who does that? The only problem for us are set pieces on both sides, defending and attacking.

Cutrone though. Playing through an injury like that, running his heart out. He was laying on the ground dead at the 70th minute, he then got back up and continued to make tackles and pressure players. Absolutely huge heart that kid has. I feel like a proud Dad watching him play. Man of the match for me.

Bakayoko though. Seems he's proving me wrong. Was immense in a two man mid, but I was hesitant until he proved himself in a midfield three. He's growing in confidence by the game and I'm happy to say I was extremely wrong and pleasantly surprised.

Everybody will criticize Kessie because he screwed up the flashy things, but I thought he was great today. Nailed the penalty. Was everywhere on the field, winning balls back, holding onto possession well. If he scores from that Suso ball, the narrative would be the opposite. But he skied it, which is fair. He needs to work on that final ball and his shooting overall.

We finally win on my birthday. Last year with the Benevento goalkeeper was depressing. Really happy my boy Cutrone gave it his all once again, playing through injury.

These situations repeat from game to game, having a counter attack 3on1, 4on2, 5on2 and every single time it goes to waste!
Is it the players or the coach? In my opinion goes both ways, but a bigger fault is on Rino. If the same thing happens all the time and it is not corrected it means they do not work out these simple actions enough. It just takes a simple pass and we would have had a game won 5:1 today.

Nice, 3 points.
Gattuso should've just started with a 4-4-2.
