Jose Mourihno is the greatest Football manager in the world. He has managed the best football clubs in the world and always go where it's tough. Porto, Chelsea fc, Inter-Milan, Real Madrid, Chelsea fc and recently Manchester United fc. All the listed clubs above has from 4years to 20years winning problems, trophy problems or Champions league qualifications problems before he went. He's the first manager in the world to have travelled all the best football nation in Europe and won with them all. This is why other managers like Guadiola, Conte, Sarri and Kloop are working hard to emulate his national and international footballing ideas and achievements.
All hail Jose Mourihno, the special one.

Pep Guardiola worked for four clubs but the first manager to smash a spending rate of a billion on players... This guy can spend... Eishhh, an overrated manager because of his ridiculous spending spree on players... I am of the opinion that, that is why he did not stay too long at Bayern Munich, such a massive club because he overspend too much on players without considering the available resources... Pep Guardiola can win with money while others win with their little available resources at their disposals...All Football such type of statistics are so worthwhile...Nice one😜😜

All those above-mentions managers are termed "Great" because they spent millions/billions on players to make them "great".
Give these "great" managers teams from the lower divisions of their country to manage. If any of these "great" managers mentioned wins their respective Premier Titles with the smaller teams with limited budgets. Only then that manager is consider Great. Not with the billions of £ or € dollars spent.
If you ask Guadiola to manage say Aston Villa with the present team he will not make AV champion for sure.
Ta
ke Manual Pellergrini or Rafael Benitas for example..Pellergrini is struggling at West Ham. Benitas struggled and left.
Why? because the owners did not support them.
