It's the same old story. Neymar wants to go to Barca. Barca/Xavi not very convinced by Neymar's return. Saudi (or Ronaldo, as per his fans) offers more money, off to Saudi. It's like the players have 2 options on their table: the team I want, or I go to Saudi. For all the old player especially those who have won Euros, WC and UCLs, for me it's fine they can go anywhere. I hate all these comments when people are saying that it is because of the money why the players are going to Saudi. The question I want to ask, is something wrong with changing where you work for more money? All working class people tell me, if you can earn more with less daily work stress and have more time on your hands, wouldn't you take up that offer? I want all football fans to understand that each footballer have a life and it's not to please use followers but to make a life for themselves and their family. So why were they all not moving last year? or the year before that ? Saudi has always had this money to throw around, But before Ronaldo’s move, you would have never found top players below the age of 35 moving to a League like Saudi. But now moving to Saudi has become a norm even for youngsters and yet you feel it’s all just a coincidence? It’s like a case of a bunch being scared to jump off a cliff, and the one bloke goes and does it and then yell “Yooo that was fun!!!!” And then everyone else starts jumping in no longer scared BCOZ that first man did it.
