Nottingham Forest have confirmed the permanent signing of Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis.
The Nigerian joins a long-list of new signings through the door at Forest, with Steve Cooper adding thirteen new faces to his squad following their promotion to the top flight.
Dennis notched 10 goals and claimed six assists for the Hornets in the Premier League last season before signing a deal at the City Ground.
Prior to his Watford stint, Dennis’ started in Ukraine's top-flight with Zorya Luhansk before enjoying a four-year spell in Belgium with Club Brugge.
He played two of Watford's opening Championship fixtures this summer but was left out of yesterday's squad that beat Burnley 1-0 at home.
Dennis' former side, Club Bruges, stand to make around £1m on the player having inserted a five per cent sell-on fee into the initial £3m deal that saw him move to Watford last summer.
The 24-year-old joins Neco Williams, Jesse Lingard, Taiwo Awoniyi, Dean Henderson and Harry Toffolo, as well as a host of others, as having joined the Midlands club this summer.
Forest's return to the Premier League got off to a difficult start last weekend when they were beaten 2-0 by Newcastle at St James' Park.
Cooper's side will play their first home Premier League fixture since 1999 on Saturday when they host West Ham at the City Ground.
