Nottingham Forest are exploring the option of signing Inter Milan midfielder Roberto Gagliardini.
Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Forest are eying Gagliardini.
The only question is whether they are hoping to sign him this winter, or as a free agent in the summer.
Forest have signed three players this winter, including Brazilian duo Gustavo Scarpa and Danilo.
Gagliardini has struggled for game time at Inter this season, playing only eight times in Serie A.
The 28-year-old faces competition for his place from the likes of Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella.
