It's one of the most iconic moments in Manchester derby history.
Back in 2011, Mario Balotelli stunned Old Trafford into silence when he opened the scoring in a 6-1 win over Manchester United, but his iconic celebration will ultimately down in memory as one of the greatest - "Why always me?"
It was a mauling from start to finish, with goals from Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Edin Dzeko (2) and Mario Balotelli (2) inflicting United's worst home defeat since February 1955.
It also meant that City went five point clear at the top of the Premier League ladder.
Balotelli revealed he had been talked about frequently by the English press for a long period during an interview with TIME.
"The truth is that I do not know why I always did. I made that shirt because at that time it was all about me - people were always talking about me."
The Italian also spoke about how Manchester City kitman Lee Chapman printed the shirt for him.
'I did it for many reasons. But I'll leave it for other people to figure out what it means. I'm sure people can work it out. Chappy, our kit man did it for me, I told him the words and he printed them. He is a good guy Chappy, one of the best."
On the 7th anniversary of the iconic 6-1 victory at United, Balotelli took to Instagram to delight City fans all over again last year. He posted an image to Instagram with his 'Why Always Me?' slogan and accompanied it with the caption: "Don't ever forget this day Manchester United"
His image also said "Happy 6-1 day!" and immediately gained thousands of likes.
