Cole Palmer has been one of the stories of the Premier League season since his Β£42.5m move to Chelsea from boyhood club Manchester City.
After making just three Premier League starts from when he made his league debut for City in August 2021 to the beginning of this campaign, many felt the Blues had paid a lot for an unproven 21-year-old.
However, things couldn't have gone better for Palmer - something he admitted in an exclusive interview with Mail Sport this week - and the attacking midfielder has scored eight goals and added seven more assists in 21 games in all competitions.
His form has been so impressive that he has even broken into Gareth Southgate's England squad ahead of next summer's Euro 2024.
As we have become accustomed to Palmer scoring, we have also regularly seen his trademark 'shivering' goal celebration.
But what is the reason behind this? Mail Sport takes a look.
Palmer's shivering celebration really started to grab attention when it came out twice during Chelsea's 3-2 win over Luton.
After opening the scoring with a powerful left-footed finish, Palmer added a second following some dazzling footwork in the second half.
As he wheeled away to celebrate, Palmer covered his mouth before motioning that he was cold, rubbing his arms and puffing out his cheeks.
Fans around the world lauded Palmer for his display at Kenilworth Road, but were also loving his moves after finding the back of the net.
And he revealed the real reason behind the celebration in a post-game interview with TNT Sports alongside fellow Chelsea star Noni Madueke.
When Palmer was asked how he remained composed for his second goal, the 21-year-old replied: 'Just when I took it round the keeper, I thought the other guy was gonna come across fast, so if I waited a second, I'd have time to put it in.'
Madueke jumped in and said: 'That's why they call him Cold Palmer, innit?'
When pressed further, Palmer explained his friend and fellow City academy graduate Morgan Rodgers had celebrated in a similar way when scoring for Middlesbrough against West Brom the previous week.
The 21-year-old added: 'I told him (Rogers) I'd do it.'
Footballers are not averse to repeating celebrations and Palmer is an example of one of many stars to have become known for one.
Fellow Premier League star Son Heung-Min shapes his fingers into the motion of taking a photo with a camera when he scores for Tottenham.
Speaking in 2021 to Sky Sports, Son explained all about his trademark routine. 'Maybe a year ago, I was thinking about what could be a special celebration,' he said.
'And then I tried to find one. The camera celebration is because if I score a goal, it's a good memory. It's like, I take a picture so I have good memories in my mind [of it].
'I don't know if the people get it, but I think it's a good celebration. I don't know if I'll keep doing it, but we'll see!'
The likes of Alan Shearer - the Premier League's all-time top goalscorer - became synonymous with his 'arm in the air' celebration after he scored goals, while the popular Peter Crouch was often seeing whipping out the 'robot'.
Marcus Rashford's 'finger pointing to the head' routine is another classic, with the Man United forward hinting how it was an ode to the clear head space he found himself in under Erik ten Hag last season.
Meanwhile, PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe is renowned for tucking his hands beneath his armpits and crossing his arms when he scores.
It turns out his motivation for the celebration comes from his younger brother Ethan - who is also on the books at PSG despite being just 17 - scoring against him on FIFA.
'He scored a goal and celebrated by crossing his arms,' Mbappe revealed in his autobiography.
'Five minutes later, he stopped and said, "Kylian, you could do that in a match." So, I did it.'
Elsewhere, Jude Bellingham can barely do anything wrong at the minute after a storming start to his career at Real Madrid.
He's already netted 17 times since his move from Borussia Dortmund for a fee rising to Β£113m in the summer, meaning he has had plenty of time to celebrate.
And Bellingham's antics after scoring have been one of the trends of Spain this season. The midfielder's classic pose sees him lean back with his head-high and chest-out, while his arms are also outstretched, with this celebration copied across sports including by Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz.
Cristiano Ronaldo has his infamous SUI celebration, while his great rival Lionel Messi is regularly seen with his hands pointing to the sky after scoring, an ode to his late grandmother, Celia Olivera Cuccittini, who passed away in 1998.
Given Palmer's stunning season, it would be no surprise to see his 'shivering' celebration on plenty more occasions and also go down in folklore with the other examples mentioned above.

look at you, who told you scoring of goals is only for striker, Cole palmer is an attacking midfielder which is a supporting striker, his job is to score and provide goal for the main striker, remember Lampard is a central midfielder and he's all time goal scorer for Chelsea, so you don't justify a player for losing goals, except you're a defender
I'm not saying scoring goals is only for striker. As an attacking midfielder, he scored and assist. And most of the goals he scored, Jackson won't score. You can go ahead and criticize him if that would make you happy.

Mind you Cole Palmer has 8 goals! And most importantly Cole Palmer is a midfielder, while Nicolas Jackson is a striker. So you don't expect Palmer to be doing Jackson's work. Your comparison b/w the two is offside, so take your time next time.

it's 2 match now, this is how Jackson started missing goals, from 1 match to 2, now to multiple matches, If Jackson can be criticised, then palmer deserve to be criticised too, cos Jackson also have 7 goals
