Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has taken to Instagram to relive his 93rd minute equaliser against Atletico Madrid in the 2014 Champions League final.
Ramos' goal took the match to extra time and Los Blancos eventually prevailed 4-1 thanks to goals from Gareth Bale, Marcelo and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ramos commented: "What is coming ... here the history of our club changed."
