Real Madrid are looking at Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodrigo Hernández, better known as Rodri, according to 'El Chiringuito'.
The player, who has also been linked with Manchester City and FC Barcelona, among others, has been sent a message from Madrid. They want him to delay any definitive decision on his future.
Madrid's problem is that Rodri's in a rush. He wants his future finalized as soon as possible. Barça, City, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich have also followed him.
His release clause is around 70 million euros. Atletico paid 25 million for him a year ago from Villarreal.
Real Madrid value his youth (still just 21) and his huge potential. His relationship with Diego Simeone is not going through its best moment and in theory, the player could opt for a change of scenery next season.
Rodri would be the alternative option to Chelsea's Kante and Lyon's Ndombele, two players Madrid are also keen on but would cost more than the Spanish international.
