Saturday 29 August 2009 will go down as an iconic day in football history, not just Bayern Munich. It's the day that the deadly double-act of Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery was born.
Manager Louis van Gaal sent on his fellow countryman and new signing Robben with Bayern 1-0 up against Wolfsburg and then the introduction of Ribery, already at the club, soon took place.
Within five minutes and 'Robbery' were doing the absolute business for Bayern - Robben getting a goal on his Bundesliga debut after being set up by his partner in crime in the 3-0 win.
That really set the tone for the pair. In just under 10 years as a duo, they've caused absolute havoc on the flanks for the Bavarian outfit - scoring 266 goals and laying on a ridiculous 284 assists between them.
They've also claimed seven (likely soon to be eight) Bundesliga titles, four DFB Pokals and one UEFA Champions League in their time as colleagues.
But now it's officially the end of the era for the partnership as both players will be leaving Bayern when their contracts expire at the end of the season.
Robben's future had been pretty clear for a while after making an announcement back in December and now Bayern have confirmed that rather fittingly, Ribery too will depart the Allianz Arena at the same time.
The legendary pair will be hoping to sign off with one more Bundesliga title to add to their collection, with Bayern currently four points ahead of Borussia Dortmund going into the final two fixtures.
And it's already been confirmed that Bayern will host a testimonial match for Robben and Ribery next year to highlight their incredible services.
"Bayern owes a lot to both of them and we will give them a wonderful and emotional farewell," Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said.
"They've helped shape Bayern's most successful decade."
Name a more iconic duo. We'll wait...

The pair made good memories at Munich. They've won all domestic cups, the UCL and they won the FIFA club World cup. They made Bayern a dangerous and most feared team in Europe and Bayern wouldn't be where it is if it wasn't for them. They've put hard work and all for that team, that's why they will be remembered forever. Thanks Franck and Arjen Robben for showing us such talent and bringing us joy in to our football game.
