sometimes I wonder how people cant still not see the truth. Messi doesn't need to win anything for his country to be the best of all time. that is never a yardstick. I never used to like this lil genius until I decided to sit and watch his match for the first time for the purpose of criticizing him. I only had to watch for 20mins and I gave up on my hate and realized how different he really is. Messi is a blessing to football. forget about the stats, it is what he does with the ball and how he is able to think within milliseconds that amazes me. it's not just about his goal stats. for me, he is the best dribbler, best passer, best goal scorer. He is scoring with country idiot..He is only behind Ronaldo and is 3 years younger...He brought his team into 3 consecutive finals including wc with most goals and assists and won man of tournament in each tournament..He won wc golden ball and Olympic gold medal..He won u21 wc.. What did your Ronaldo won..A euro and UNL.. that too by expense of others..He never won man of tournament with Portugal..
