You may not have realised it, but there is a strange new tattoo craze among some footballers - black bands.
Several players, including Paulo Dybala and Sergio Ramos, have had solid black blocks of ink tattooed on their skin in recent months.
Another player to have been inked is Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart - and now he has had bands put his right leg, to match those on his arm.
The former England No 1 showed off his new body art on Instagram, along with an admission that the unusual choice of ink might prove divisive.
Hart wrote: 'Not for everyone, but I love it', along with a picture showing he has two thick and two thin black bands wrapped around his leg, just above his right ankle.
The 'blackwork' tattoos have featured on a number of well know n players, including Dybala, Ramos, Wesley Sneijder and Oscar.
Hart's tattoos were done in his home town of Shrewsbury by tattooist Hanumantra Lamar, who also did his arm art back in August 2017.
Back in 2017, Lamar looked to explain the bizarre phenomenon as being about trying to stand out and be different.
Lamar said on his website: 'Blackwork is a tattoo choice, it's a lifestyle and it's a philosophy, believing that less really is more and understanding that we should not be afraid to stand out in world full of people trying to fit in.'
Whatever the reasoning, Hart's new art will be hidden under his socks when he returns to action on Saturday for Burnley's Premier League clash with Leicester City.

It looks terrible on older people.....Low self esteem or low self worth make a lot of people get tattoos....not happy in the skin they're in....
