its not about money. you can go to a rich club, spend a lot on many players. what you don't understand is that it is yhe job of a manager to make them click and play together. he also has to give sufficient playing time to every player and convince everyone individually when they arent playing enough or well. he has to work hard everyday so that the team sticks together
