Tottenham are eyeing FIVE new signings this summer as they look to close the gap to Manchester City and Liverpool .
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will target a left-back, a central defender and a striker among other new recruits.
Tottenham will also need a creative midfielder as Real Madrid target Christian Eriksen looks set to leave - while Toby Alderweireld could add to the list of departures.
Spurs are continuing to track Aston Villa's Jack Grealish after failing to land the midfielder last summer, while another midfield option is Valencia's Carlos Soler, according to the Daily Mail .
Hull winger Jarrod Bowen has been watched extensively and could be a more likely option than long-term target Wilfried Zaha , with the Crystal Palace ace believed to be out of Tottenham's price range.
Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic is on the radar as Tottenham need to add more back-up to star striker Harry Kane. But the Serb might not want to sign if he cannot be guaranteed regular football.
Eriksen enters the final 12 months of his deal this summer, and Tottenham would prefer to cash in on the 27-year-old amid interest from the Bernabeu, rather than lose him for nothing next year.
Alderweireld has a £26million release clause and now could be the time for the 30-year-old to make the last big move of his career, with Manchester United among the clubs believed to be interested.
Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen are among the other players who could leave.
Pochettino is expected to stay on at Tottenham having earlier this season been heavily tipped to be the next Manchester United manager.
The success of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as United's interim manager appears to have scuppered any ambitions Pochettino may have entertained of a move to Old Trafford.
So he looks set to stay - but will want backing from the board in the form of transfer cash if he is to keep Tottenham competitive at the top of domestic and European football.
Tottenham, currently third in the Premier League by a point from fourth-placed rivals Arsenal , will discover their Champions League quarter-final opponents in Friday's draw, from midday.

If Tottenham eyeing 10 summer signing, I willnt have problems because even the teams that signed some players beginning of this season and in January are still signing.

If Spurs choose to not invest in two new full-backs and a central midfielder at the very least then the summer transfer window is 100% a failure.

the squad is simply not strong enough to compete in multiple competitions at once.
