Tottenham stars Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Davinson Sanchez and Lucas Moura were surprised by an unexpected guest as they took part in a commercial for the new Audi Q8.
The four players showed off their acting skills in a rather bizarre advert for the latest version of the manufacturer's luxury crossover SUV, which costs £63,000.
The clip begins with the Spurs quartet oohing and aahing as they check out the car before the director yells 'cut'.
This browser does not support the video element.
However, the director then says it is time to introduce the 'main talent', the doors to a silver Tottenham trailer opening to reveal a cockerel.
The bird, which is a young male chicken, has featured on the club's crest since the 1921 FA Cup final with Harry Hotspur, after whom the club is named, said to have been fond of fighting cocks fitted with spurs.
Alli, Eriksen, Sanchez and Moura look bemused as the cockerel makes its way to the car and opens the boot before getting behind the wheel.
He then presses the 'start engine' button which causes the camera to fall to the floor, the tagline 'Dare to be different' appearing on screen.
Spurs announced Audi as the club's official car partner in an exclusive four-year agreement back in August.
Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi UK, said at the time: 'The partnership brings two progressive brands together - Audi and Spurs. The Club's legendary Captain Danny Blanchflower famously spoke of 'doing things in style' - this, with our commitment to quality, guides everything we do.
'Our shared principles of beautiful design and the most advanced technologies further cements our belief that Audi and Spurs will be the perfect marriage.'
