Real Madrid have been dealt a fresh injury blow with central defender Raphael Varane reportedly set to miss a month of action.
The World Cup winner is reported by Cadena Cope to have suffered a muscular injury in the adductor of his right leg and is set to miss a month of action.
The news adds to the growing concern at Madrid’s defensive resources with Dani Carvajal already unavailable and reports on Tuesday suggesting Marcelo and Mariano Diaz are both set for spells on the sidelines.
Varane has featured in 12 matches for Los Blancos to date this campaign.
