Arturo Vidal is looking to get one over on Real Madrid when he visits the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano on Tuesday. The former Barcelona midfielder wasn't on the winning side against Los Blancos in either Clasico fixture last season.
Antonio Conte's Inter provide a stern test for the hosts in the Champions League, with Zinedine Zidane's men in desperate need of points having picked up just one from their opening two group fixtures.
"It's a great match," Vidal said ahead of the clash. "I spent two great years at Barcelona, so I hope to be able to celebrate a win [on Tuesday] with Inter and Barcelona fans."
Vidal's Bayern Munich were knocked out at the semi-final stage by Real Madrid in successive seasons in 2017 and 2018. Last campaign, he was part of the Barcelona side that was thrashed 8-2 by the German giants.
"We crossed paths with Madrid twice and it wasn't to be," Vidal added. "But anyway, I was happy in the end this summer because Bayern won the Champions League."
