Overall Neuer is better. But I would pick ter Stegen based on current form and the fact that he is 6 years younger than Neuer. Neuer wasn't as good as ter Stegen is now back in 2013. But who knows let's see who has the better career. (Incase bayern fans Want to argue 👇🏽 Neuer was an 86 ter Stegen is a 90, currently. that's another proof).
