Spurs are taking on Manchester United in the Premier League at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with Cristian Romero getting away with a handball call in the first half
Tottenham were on the receiving end of a bit of luck during the first half of their Premier League clash with Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
An even first half an hour had a little bit of controversy when an Alejandro Garnacho shot was blocked by Cristian Romero. Garnacho was convinced the Spurs defender had handballed it, with replays showing it did strike the Argentine defender's arm in the penalty box.
Romero's arm was slightly outstretched, but his arm was deemed to be close enough to his body under the new proximity rules and not in an unnatural position to get away with the incident.
This is a developing story and we will update with more iformation as we get it.
