Zauli: Roma fans loved Garcia - Napoli fans will do too

Former Juventus NextGen coach Lamberto Zauli is backing Rudi Garcia over his Napoli appointment.

Garcia was named new coach of Napoli on Thursday evening. He succeeds Luciano Spalletti, who has decided to step down after leading Napoli to the Scudetto.

Zauli told TMW: "After Spalletti comes an expert coach who will be able to fit into the Napoli project.

"He's a right profile, I think he can also be an important coach for the Champions League.

"He was loved in a difficult team like Rome and he will be loved in Naples too."
