Arsenal are hoping to wrap up deals for Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke and Cristhian Mosquera in the coming days as Mikel Arteta hopes to lead the Gunners to their first Premier League title since 2004
Arsenal have enjoyed a busy summer so far, forking out more than £70million on Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga. However, their spending is set to total more than £200m.
Deals for Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke and Cristhian Mosquera have all been lined up, with Mikel Arteta hoping to guide Arsenal to their first Premier League title win since 2004 next season.
There have also been plenty of outgoings, with Jorginho, Kieran Tierney, Thomas Partey, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Nuno Tavares and Marquinhos all departing the club, and several more departures are expected before the transfer window closes.
Here, Mirror Football takes a look at some of the latest transfer news and rumours from in and around the Emirates...
Double exit
Arsenal are in talks over deals to offload Reiss Nelson and Fabio Vieira, according to a report from Times.
Nelson was on loan at Fulham last season, and it is claimed that they want to re-sign the winger after his campaign was cut short by a hamstring injury. The report states they are eyeing another loan deal for the winger, whose contract runs until June 2027.
Parma, meanwhile, are interested in signing Vieira and Arsenal are ready to sell the midfielder for around £20m. Carlos Cuesta recently left his role as an assistant coach at Arsenal to become Parma's new boss last month and Vieira is said to be keen on a reunion.
Palhinha makes Arsenal claim
Joao Palhinha has insisted he wants to "prove his worth" at Bayern Munich after he was linked with a move to Arsenal.
Reports from Germany have claimed that Arsenal and Inter Milan are among a number of clubs interested in Palhinha, but the former Fulham star wants to remain at Bayern. "I have a contract for three more years, so I'll report for duty on July 29, which is when we start this pre-season," he told Sport TV, as per Metro.
"As I've said several times, and it's been a recurring question, I have three more years on my contract. I don't know what will happen, but I'm at a great club, as I've always said. Obviously, it hasn't been an easy year, but as soon as the season starts, I'm very motivated to prove my worth once again at a very special club, a huge club."
Trossard boost
Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for Leandro Trossard this summer, but a new report from German outlet Kicker states that a deal for the Arsenal is 'out of the question'.
Bayern want to strengthen their attack after Jamal Musiala suffered a serious injury at the Club World Cup and Leroy Sane, Mathys Tel and Thomas Muller all left the club. And Liverpool's Luis Diaz has now emerged as their top target.
Although Liverpool have rejected a £58.6m bid, Diaz is understood to be keen on a move and the Reds could be tempted to cash in if they receive an offer closer to £86m.

this arsenal don't know what they are doing! how could you proof to me that madueke is an upgrade to trossad? honestly, arsenal don't need madueke but because of payment structure maybe that's why they bought him.but notwithstanding that havertz needs to move because he's the one deceiving arteta
