Hummels: Bayern will always be special for me; I hope to succeed at Dortmund

Matt Hummels bids farewell to Bayern Munich after his transfer to Dortmund has been announced.

Hummels writes on Twitter:

"First of all, thank Bayern, thank my team-mates, the fans of you from the start to give me so much love, I have been never expected to have the club's staff for the past three years, I met many good people, I have experienced a lot of good time each and everyone knows that Munich for me will always be a special place."

"After negotiations with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, I will soon know my next stop was to return to Dortmund, I am very happy to be able to return to Dortmund, hope I can help it succeed! Let's go, Dortmund"
