Newcastle are reportedly exploring a move for RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko after the bombshell that Alexander Isak is seeking a transfer away from the club.
Mail Sport’s Craig Hope broke the news that Isak is willing to explore a move elsewhere, with the forward having been left off their tour of the Far East.
Newcastle's hierarchy are aware of Isak’s wish to consider his options this summer, with Liverpool readying a British record offer for the forward.
According to the Athletic, Newcastle are considering moving for RB Leipzig's highly-rated forward Sesko.
The Magpies are said to have a long-standing interest in the forward, but a deal would reportedly be highly challenging from a financial perspective.
Sesko has previously been linked with Arsenal, but the Gunners instead pressed ahead with a move for Viktor Gyokeres.
