OFFICIAL: Bayer Leverkusen confirm the signing of Jarell Quansah from Liverpool
The fee is an initial £30m guaranteed plus £5m in easily-achievable add-ons.
Liverpool are understood to have secured a buy-back clause in the deal for a pre-agreed fee.

This is a good sale. He needs to develop from squad player into key player and Leverkusen will give him that opportunity. The buy back clause is the deal changer. We can get him back when Van Dijk starts slowing down.
