Dortmund have officially extended Raphael Guerreiro's contract to 2023.
Guerreiro, who grew up in France, moved in the summer of 2016 from FC Lorient to BVB and has since completed 61 Bundesliga games (ten goals) for the black and yellow. His original contract would have expired in the summer of 2020.
"Dortmund is a great club where I have been feeling very comfortable with my family for three years," says Guerreiro, "and I will do everything I can to help our team achieve their goals and we should start with one on Saturday Home victory against Gladbach. "
"Raphael is an internationally experienced and technically first-class footballer who can be flexibly deployed in several positions and enjoys a high regard within our squad," says BVB sports director Michael Zorc.
