As the Premier League January transfer deadline day looms large, many clubs are still searching for that one signing that could help them push on in the second half of the season.
While most fans will be focusing on the incomings, there are a number of sides who will also be looking at outgoings to help either trim the squad or balance the books.
With that, those involved in transfers will keep an eye out for when other windows close around the globe, with clubs in those leagues still able to acquire players.
The Saudi Pro League - one of the most prominent actors in the summer window - will close today with little activity in terms of Premier League action, after recent reports that Miguel Almiron will not be leaving Newcastle United.
Mail Sport breaks down when the biggest windows will close
Which windows are still open and when do they close?
What are the biggest deals that could still take place?
It has been a relatively quiet transfer window for the Premier League clubs, with Tottenham's signings of Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin the biggest deals of the winter period so far.
And the North London side may not be finished there as they maintain their interest in Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
But with the window open for a few more days, there are still a number of deals that could still get done before it slams shut.
One deal that looked like it was going to be completed was Brentford's signing of Club Bruges Antonio Nusa, but with talks stalling, Spurs have been alerted to the potential opportunity.
London rivals Crystal Palace are also looking to snap up a young star, as they made a fresh move for Blackburn Rovers midfielder Adam Wharton.
Elsewhere, Chelsea are still interested in Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran, despite the striker being ruled out for 10 weeks with a hamstring injury.
Newcastle United may be one of those clubs focused more on outgoings as Eddie Howe admitted that his side may have to sell players to protect the future of the club.
