Wirtz hopes to join Bayern Munich, Manchester City is also keeping an eye on him

Florian Wirtz wants to join FC Bayern, but Bayer Leverkusen are not prepared to let him go for less than €150m all-in this summer. 

The exact breakdown of the €150m (fixed fee + performance related add-ons) will be subject to negotiations. Leverkusen are increasingly assuming that Wirtz won't extend his contract. His desire is to move to Munich, though Manchester City have not given up yet
