Edin Dzeko is on the verge of joining Inter after the Nerazzurri reportedly raised their offer to meet the €20m Roma asking price.
The Nerazzurri stalled until now on the transfer market, but over the last 24 hours have stepped up their efforts considerably.
Multiple sources claim they have already agreed a deal with Manchester United for Romelu Lukaku at €65m plus €8-13m performance-related bonuses, depending on the report.
Now Sky Sport Italia are also confident Inter have lodged a new offer for Dzeko that meets the €20m price-tag.
Dzeko is on the bench for tonight’s friendly game against Athletic Club Bilbao.
His agent Silvano Martina was spotted walking into the Inter offices several times today.
