Felipe has called for patience with Atletico Madrid, despite their underwhelming run of late under Diego Simeone continuing with a goalless draw against Leganes.
The result extended their winless run to four, of which they've lost three and drawn one.
Los Rojiblancos have been subpar for much of the season so far, but the defender insists that they need time and that fingering blame won't help anyone.
"It's not Simeone's fault," he said after the game.
"We are united and it's not a case of finding guilty parties or singling out names.
"We're a young team, we've only been together for six months.
"Everyone knows we're failing and we have to improve."
Next up for Atleti is Real Madrid in the derby.

Exactly brother... these are top top players and even the Renan Lodi I was oblivious about has been great, attack wise, at least before a few weeks ago, all the others, they've got no excuses whatsoever to not at least entertain... why is he buying attackers to sit back and play on the counter? most of them came from clubs dominating in their leagues, so they weren't used to it, it doesn't make sense to me

and its just pathetic, they have the personnel to do it, they have better attacking players than most entertaining teams... u can't keep playing like underdogs if u can afford a £120m player, no EPL team has ever spent that much on one player, but every club has players that wants to entertain, that's why Palace are keeping Zaha at all cost

and its just pathetic, they have the personnel to do it, they have better attacking players than most entertaining teams... u can't keep playing like underdogs if u can afford a £120m player, no EPL team has ever spent that much on one player, but every club has players that wants to entertain, that's why Palace are keeping Zaha at all cost
