Lille are reportedly looking at adding Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches to their squad before the end of the transfer window.
The Portuguese international is not believed to be part of Niko Kovac's plans for the new season.
With Lille back in the Champions League this season, they see a move for Sanches as part of their bid to strengthen the squad, according to L'Equipe.

Theoretically, Saturday afternoon could have been even more unsatisfactory for Renato Sanches. When he was substituted in the 87th minute for Serge Gnabry, as the third and last Bayern professional, there were other colleagues on the bench: the substitute goalkeeper Ron-Thorben Hoffmann, the right-back Rafinha, the outside attacker Alphonso Davies and the recovered Corentin Tolisso. But Sanches came into the game in the 87th minute, which the midfielder, however, did not consider to be an adequate time: "Five minutes are not enough," he said after the Munich 1-0 win against Werder Bremen, obviously including injury time.
