The is one of the most stupid decision I have ever seen in football. If this is how you pay someone who has the highest goals as a midfielder for the team?? United would not be in first place if they had sacked Solskjær, because he was given more time. Chelsea's problem is that they lack patience ( 11 coaches in a matter of 10 years). I hate Chelsea from this day forward. Chelsea would never have a better Coach in their life again. E no go better for Chelsea

What are you ranting about ?! The best coach ?! How do you know he is still one of the best but just too earlier at high level football. You just become a professional coach after just managing a top class team you should have been building your resume. It is like a regular job you need experience under someone who is high level Lampard never did this or had this. He needs to start over at a lower level and work his way up. He was not communicating well with players. He lacked how to separate coach from player. And when he did he shouted at them like a drunken who don’t know why they are yelling but makes them feel better. If you want to hate Chelsea go for it. Not every team works the same way as Liverpool, Arsenal or Bayern. It like in school if a teacher teaches the same way for all the kids then he or she will fail because not all kids learn the same way. This is word of advice if your an adult
