Yh thats one of the flaws in this formation. So I attack more on Dembeles side. You can use the L1 or LB button to trigger player runs. With Coutinho on cut inside, instead of making a forward run, he will cut in from the wings. A perfectly timed through pass to him will get u a one on one with the keeper.

With balanced defensive style, 4 bars of depth, 8 bars of width( to prevent crosses), possession, 6 bars of attacking width, 4 players in the box. Bousquets(stay back while attacking and cover center) and Rakitic(cover center)in midfield. Dembele and Coutinho on the wings(both on cut inside). Messi and Suarez upfront with Messi on false 9. I have tried these tactics and they work.
