The representatives of Anthony Martial have once again raised doubts over his Manchester United future.
Martial's agent, Philippe Lamboley, declared that the 22-year-old wants to leave OId Trafford earlier this month, after a frustrating third season.
United do not want to sell Martial and turned down an enquiry from Tottenham, while Juventus continue to be linked with the forward, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Despite the club's stance, Jose Mourinho could permit Martial to leave if he makes a formal request.
Martial reacted passive aggressively to losing the number nine to Zlatan Ibrahimovic two years ago by changing his social media images to pictures of him donning the number nine and his camp have used a similar tactic on their official Instagram page.
USFA Management uploaded a picture of Martial at their offices earlier this week and wrote 'the 2018-2019 season is getting ready', before posting a number of hashtags which included 'manutd' followed by a question mark.
USFA also labelled Martial the 'golden boy' - a reference to his 2015 award that was established by Italian newspaper Tuttosport in 2003. Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches and Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe have received the golden ball in the last two years.
Martial is out of contract at United next year, although the club has the option of a one-year extension, and Lamboley alluded to frustrations during negotiations over improved terms.
"After thinking about all the possibilities, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United," Lamboley said. "When Manchester United, which is the most powerful club in the world, does not find an agreement in eight months of negotiations, it is that it does not really want to make him an important player.
"It is a well-considered decision. He is under contract, United will have the last word and we will respect the decision of the club, it will go to the end of its commitment.
"We do not have the same vision on Anthony's future. Without the unconditional support of the fans, Anthony would have already asked to leave United.
"I will not comment on the consequences of the January transfer window. Everyone will have his opinion, I think he must resume the course of his career. The time has come."

If he wants to leave he can as we got already lot's of players on that left side and I believe Mourinho will give Andres Pereira a chance on that side too to see how good he is Martial will be missed but if a player is not happy and is not playing to his potential then there is no point of keeping him

Martial is a player with admirable qualities. If he goes to ply his trade in another club I think he will excel. The fact the he did not earn the call up to world cup is a glaring prove of his deterioration in resent years. With this show of unsatiation for players by Man united,he is not sure to get better there.Man united's chase for players both within England and abroad seems not subsiding. They have the money and Mouriho is a money spender.Let us see how long and profitable their partnership will be.
