the modern game has bypassed Africa, the systems and technical nature of football is a statistical myriad of data mining to grind out every advantage. football like the Western world looks modern but it is very sterile, prejudiced in it's access denial, it is very exclusive there is no room for the freewheeling African style or for that matter most of the "3rd world". African teams and the Jamaica's of this world cannot hope to compete, even VAR is designed to make sure the European elite stay dominant, eventually Brazil and Argentina will be priced out as well as their debt laden economies fail, as Germans and Spains make hay. the world isn't fair but it is even moreso now that football reflects it. hold your head high African brothers and sisters, this top heavy system will implode on it's own. keep your faith and style fret not over those who "succeed' by their means. africa's style of play doesn't match with morden world football...look how croatia wit midfield geniuses of modric and rakitic..nigeria had no plan jus running and trying to use strength which is less effective than mind uses..morocco egypt same no football planning..i'm waiting for tunisia though..
