Erm depends.... you guys need to remember Ngolo Kante still exists. United fans also said Pogba was better before and Ngolo bossed him. Chelsea midfield just need to gel together and they can rival Citys midfield. KDB got sold over Oscar and Mata for a reason despite his season on loan at Wolfsburg, injury struggles....Pep can deal with that with the various billions and immunity to FFP by having like 3 replacements ready. Chelsea are the opposite where we had top midfielders that could create and on top of that we couldn't splash money or rather we spent terrible...

Idk if you guys dont understand cos you're from abroad but in English, when you ask a question followed up by a comma, while its asking the audience it's still an open question. It's like saying "Do you think Gerrard is the best midfielder ever, Liverpool fans?" That's an open question meaning it is applicable and subject to many different options not at all restricted by the title of the people referred to. Now if he said "Is De Bruyne the best player to play for Man city, Citizens" then youd have a case otherwise pleade think twice before attempting to correct someone who actually went to school in England.... the question clearly comes across as an open one and either that's due to the writers laziness/Misunderstanding or you guys are the ones that didnt bother interpreting it correctly.
