Belgian football association just releases Devil of the Year for 2019 as Hazard is voted by fans to win the award.

Hazard has scored 5 goals and made 7 assists in 2019 for the national team in just 8 games. In total, he has contributed 32 goals in 106 appearances.

Last year, Eden Hazard had been crowned the award too while rivals Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku sit second and third respectively.
