AC Milan will be welcoming Liverpool at the San Siro in Group B of the Champions League on Tuesday, targeting nothing short of victory.
It will be the only way they can boost their chances of making it to the knockout phase, hoping Atletico Madrid and FC Porto share the spoils. The Reds have already qualified to the next phase as pool winners.
The Rossoneri have not won at home this season in the competition, managing a loss and a draw. However, being a critical match for the hosts and with the Reds having nothing to gain, BetKing have tipped the former to win the match at (2.05).
Liverpool have already sealed their place in the last 16 having won all their five matches. They might field a fringe side, no wonder they are tipped to win the match at (3.40).
Chances of the match ending in a draw are backed at (3.85).
The Serie A leaders will miss Pietro Pellegri, Olivier Giroud, Samu Castillejo and Ante Rebic - who are out injured, while Rafael Leao is doubtful.
The former English champions are set to play without Roberto Firmino, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott - who are injured, while James Milner is suspended. Joe Gomez and midfielder Naby Keita are close to returning after recently returning to training.
This is going to be the fourth meeting between the two heavyweights, all coming in the Champions League. Both have won once while the draw came in the 2005 final which the Reds went on to win on penalties.
The previous three meetings have seen a total of 14 goals scored in regulation and extra time, with both sides scoring seven each. The Reds registered a 3-2 win in the reverse fixture at Anfield.
The Rossoneri will be looking for their first victory against an English side in a European competition since February 2012, when they won 4-0 against Arsenal in the Champions League Round of 16. They are currently winless in their last six clashes with English opposition, losing five of those games and drawing once.
With the previous three meetings registering a total of 14 goals, fans have every reason to be optimistic of more on Tuesday.
Pundits can take an offer of over 2.5 goals at (1.65) with BetKing.
Over 3.5 goals at (2.55) with BetKing.
