Aberdeen star Shay Logan has been forced to dress up as Celtic captain Scott Brown as he embarks on his stag do in Tenerife.
The 31-year-old defender has a history of run-ins with Celtic and his friends seized the opportunity to inflict maximum humiliation by dressing him head to toe in green and white.
Logan is due to marry fiancee Sam Goodrum after proposing on his 30th birthday in January last year.
Suspicions were aroused when Logan tweeted: 'The boys have f***** killed me' on Wednesday morning.
His friends then began sharing pictures of Logan decked out in a full Celtic kit with the name and No 8 worn by his nemesis Brown on the reverse.
The outfit was completed with green sweatbands on his wrists and the giant shoes worn by Celtic mascot Hoopy the Huddle Hound.
Logan then posted a picture with his friends outside the airport and wrote, 'Stag do or not I'm still a f****** DON', a reference to Aberdeen's nickname.
One of Logan's friends revealed they had wanted to dress him up as former team-mate Ryan Jack, who controversially moved from Aberdeen to Rangers in 2017.
But in the end they opted for Brown given Logan's long-running needle with the reigning Scottish Premiership champions and the Celtic captain.
Logan infuriated Celtic fans last year after enthusiastically celebrating Aberdeen's 1-0 win at Parkhead that secured their second place finish in the table.
He was shown a red card and had to be marched from the pitch by police after parading around the ground and clashing with Mikael Lustig and Dedryck Boyata.
Logan then cupped his ears to the baying Celtic support as he walked down the tunnel.
On Twitter afterwards, Logan said there was 'no better feeling than pumping Celtic'.
And he later posted a picture of himself smiling in response to abuse from Celtic fans, writing: 'Imagine gettin grief off a bunch of folk with 4 teeth between the 6 of em when you have nashers like this.'
In an interview two months after his sending off at Celtic Park, Logan said he had been racially abuse by the home support and that was something he'd come to expect from visits there.
He told the Evening Express: 'Listen there was, but at the end of the day I expect it now.
'It's so forgotten about that it is just the way it it. There's no crying or moaning about it, at the end of the day I've got three kids who love me.
'I deal with it, let them say whatever they want, we move on, there's other games in the future.'
That incident came four years after he was the victim of racial abuse by former Celtic winger Aleksandar Tonev, who was on loan from Aston Villa at the time.
Tonev was handed a seven-match suspension by the SFA after being found guilty of the charge.
Earlier this season, Brown wound up Logan when the two teams met at Celtic Park, which may explain the inspired choice of stag do costume.
