Agent of Arsenal, Spurs target Carlos Alcaraz confirms Premier League 'offers'

The agent of Racing Club midfielder Carlos Alcaraz has confirmed contact with Premier League clubs.

Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in Alcaraz, while he's also been linked with AC Milan and Inter.

Sebastian Lopez told Tuttosport: "None, we have offers from Portugal and England, but not from Inter or Milan executives in the last few hour.

"Let's see, clearly they are important clubs, they are two top clubs.

"The cost? 15 million euros, although it could drop by guaranteeing Racing a percentage of future resale."
