The France international is available from Chelsea after not being registered for the Premier League nor Champions League this season.
After being frozen out for much of the season, Disasi is now turning out for the U21 team at Chelsea and also training with the senior squad in an effort to improve his fitness ahead of a sale next month.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Disasi has been offered to Barca, which are in the market for a cut-price defensive addition for January.
Chelsea are demanding a straight cash sale after filling their quota of international loans this season. Along with Barca, AC Milan and Roma in Italy and Lyon and Paris FC in France are also in contact for Disasi.
