Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero 'will face no retrospective action' for grabbing shoulder of assistant referee Sian Massey-Ellis during Arsenal win, according to the Guardian.
The Argentine was arguing a throw-in decision given to Arsenal when he put his hand on her shoulder.
Pep Guardiola defended Aguero, insisting the striker’s action was clearly not aggressive. The City boss said: ‘Come on guys, Sergio is the nicest person I have met in my life. Look for problems in other situations, not in this one.’

Aguero's intentions were clear but he needs to be careful in the future. It looks little awkward though. Thankfully he is not penalize, but he could have been in trouble.

If the ref was a man, you guys wouldn't be here complaining, but because the ref is a woman, you guys are making noise and overreacting....what if the ref liked the touch or what if she said it wasn't aggressive like you guys are saying. The problem isn't Aguero, it's you people who claim to watch football
