Bayern Munich defender David Alaba denied he had a deal to move to Real Madrid but encouraged rumours that he could join.
The 25-year-old spoke to the press ahead of Austria's friendly against Russia on Wednesday.
"For now there is nothing concrete," he explained.
"I know that in football everything can go very quickly.
"But, for now, I am focused on the nation team and after that, pre-season in Munich.
"I feel very, very good in Munich and I still have things to do there."
Alaba has a contract at Bayern until 2021 but recognised that the team did not achieve all of their aims for the season and must "try to be among the best again" next season.
The German side won their sixth consecutive Bundesliga title but lost the DfB Pokal final to Eintracht Frankfurt in a 3-1 defeat whilst they were beaten by Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final.

Most of our starting 11 is reaching into their 30s. If we wait till Marcelo retires we wonโt possibly be able to land Alaba at that point in time. Plus we may be able to try Marcelo in the midfield lol.
