I hate the fact that when a defender scores ...automatically he goes into the team of the week ...lets embrace this logic everyone let him be awarded for doing his own work ...it isn't logic when a team concedes 4 goals but a defender scores twice he automatically placed In team of the week ....I would rather go for a defender who tirelessly helps his team not to concede a goal than a defender who went upfront to score then his team concedes on counters ...I would like it to be judged like the MOTM you can score 3 goals miss more chances and disappear in some parts of the game but there is a person who gave his best throughout the match ...a moment of brilliance should never match a brilliant match overall by a single player
