Former Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly ready to take the Tottenham job if Mauricio Pochettino quits.
Pochettino has become frustrated in recent times in north London amid a worrying slump for the Premier League side and there are fears he could walk away from the club.
However, according to the Sun, Allegri - who managed Juventus between the years of 2014-19 - is waiting in the wings to replace Pochettino at Spurs.
The 52-year-old Italian manager is currently weighing up his next challenge after leaving the Italian giants in the summer.

The way I see it is simple first levy and potch fall out, this then spls over to the team it creates uncertainty within the team. The selling of players that otherwise would be in the 1st team and the bad Contract negotiations. By the end of the season more than half the first will go including Kane. Levy is totally clueless about what spurs are about and his football knowledge is less than zero. Its all about pounds not points. Will he make money for Enic yes he will that's because of the stadium, will he make the team successful not a hope in hell. As a supporter of 60 plus years what do we want a company that make money for others or a team that wins games, I leave you to answer that.
