England duo Dele Alli and Callum Wilson showed their creative sides as they choreographed their own celebrations.
The pair were joined by two Lionesses, Nikita Parris and Ellen White as they tried to one-up each other after scoring a goal in training.
In the video for an advertisement the players had a quick trim before heading out to showcase their moves.

And Alli was asked about how he fancies the team's chances in the Nations League finals this year.
'I believe we are going to win, it's going to be difficult but we'll be going there with all the confidence and it's important to perform. We're looking forward to it.'
The Tottenham midfielder and Wilson will both hope to be involved against Montenegro. Alli played 63 minutes in the 5-0 win over the Czech Republic but the Bournemouth striker remained on the bench.
Gareth Southgate's side can take another step towards Euro 2020 qualification with victory in Podgorica.

I really wish players would not waste time choreographing goal celebrations, pointless.

Here's a thought. Pick the ball out of the net, wave, try and score another.

Nobody over the age of 14 thinks these choreographed celebrations look good.
