Arsenal come from behind to draw with Liverpool as Jurgen Klopp's men maintain their unbeaten start to the season.
Match Report
Alexandre Lacazette's fifth Premier League goal of the season grabbed a 1-1 draw for Arsenal in their pulsating Emirates Stadium encounter with Liverpool.
Liverpool spent significant periods on the back foot against their vibrant hosts, although Sadio Mane had a goal controversially ruled out for offside and Virgil van Dijk hit the post before captain James Milner clinically pounced on a Bernd Leno error after the hour.
Milner's landmark 50th Premier League goal would not prove decisive, however, as Lacazette latched onto substitute Alex Iwobi's pass, drew Alisson from his goal and finished sublimely.
Jurgen Klopp's side go back to the top of the table for now but will be two points behind Manchester City if the champions beat lowly Southampton on Sunday, while Chelsea can also go above them with three points against Crystal Palace.

GOOOOAL! 1-1! Arsenal equalise! Iwobi feeds a fine pass through from Lacazette, who touches it past Alisson, who charges off his line, but looks to have been forced too wide. However, he shifts into a shooting position and curls fantastically into the far corner.

it's was a highly intense game, both teams gave their best, a draw was the perfect result in terms of performance displayed, Liverpool did their job by scoring first but lacazette goal was dope man, beating the goalie twice before sticking it in, mad effort, this is why I love football.

After a long time we found this Arsenal who fought bravely against a great team when they have around 60% possession...you have to love this Arsenal

I had already said that and will say again. Liverpool will not win any trophies this season as well. Their midfield is not good besides Milner. Keita is probably their second best midfielder. Arsenal are back! The game was totally controlled by Arsenal especially in the second half.

Most deserved result. In terms of chances both sides were equal. In terms of control, as much as I hate to admit I was wrong, it was in favour of Arsenal. The Arsenal players turned up today and Emery has shown why he won 3 europas with Sevilla.... Master tactician. Outdid Klopp tonight. I think Liverpool have been hugely overestimated this season. They are a good side but the BPL is getting collected by City again unfortunately. As for champions league it just depends on their draw for opponents but I think Liverpool will do worse in champions league this year than last year... scuffed performance from Pool tonight. Fabinho was a wrong choice starter for such a game after like 2 or 3 games only.

Emery was more angrier. I guess Anger is the strength and motivation of players. Klopp was so dull today, he didn't even beat his cheat as usual

What a performance and a what a signing Lucas Torreira has been for Arsenal. The exact player they have been crying out for. His passing range mixed with the defensive bite. An absolute bargain at £25m and is just 22 years old.

Good result not for either of the two teams but, for Chelsea. If Chelsea wins and Man City wins we'll move to 2nd. But if Chelsea wins and Man City loses, we the Blues move straight to the top of the log. There we shall be till the end of the season.
