well the pepe and saliba deals are to be paid in installments until the agreed price( 80mil and 30mil respectively) is paid out in full, which makes sense from arsenal side because they wouldn't have been able to buy those players had the payment been due in full, one example of this is Zaha whom palace wanted 80mil in full which arsenal couldn't do because of the restrictions... but when you look at the other price tags of the other additions as well as the other players they have shifted out, it all balances out and falls within arsenal's 45mil budget... shrewd business from arsenal and one of the best windows theyve had in forever but people must remember that they went about deals the right way which is what enabled them to get this players, they didn't just merely have more cash and that's what people make it out to be
