Aston Villa and Stoke City are among the clubs willing to bid for Luton Town full-back Justin James.
However, as revealed by Sportsmail, Premier League Leicester City are also hopeful of signing for the highly-rated 21-year-old who can play at left-back or right-back and was a target for West Brom last season.
Leicester want a defender they can develop who can push Ben Chilwell and Ricardo Pereira.
Justin, who was named in the League One Team of the Year, has been a target for Stoke and West Brom also.
He has one year left on contract with an option and Luton would be looking for around £5million.
