Aston Villa chief Jesus Garcia Pitarch has claimed that the general consensus of Premier League clubs is that Liverpool are crowned champions and no club shall be relegated, in a bold statement ahead of a top flight summit.
Top flight clubs are preparing to meet on Thursday to thrash out talks over how to sort out the remainder of the season, with the coronavirus outbreak leading to domestic action being suspended in unprecedented scenes.
Question marks remain over whether Liverpool should be crowned champions despite it not being mathematically certain, while greater doubts remain over which three clubs would be relegated should the season be deemed incomplete.
And Pitarch, who is Villa's sporting director, told Sport Witness that the general consensus among Premier League clubs is that no team should be relegated.

Fair enough, but then Leeds & West Brom should be promoted too, that will take the number of teams participating in the league to 22 the next season but no problems; 5 teams should get relegated at the end of next season while 3 gets promoted from the championship to regain the balance of 20.

If you award Liverpool the tittle by virtue of being the first position then the remaining positions for top 4 should stand the way they are. Award Leeds United their own tittle and Promote two teams from championship to make up a 22 man team by next season. Any other play off for relegation or promotion will be injustice, null and void.

Then, Leeds and West Brom will be promoted from the Championship to the Premiere League making the top-flight league a 22 team instead of traditional 20 team.
