Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may have played his last game for Arsenal. Between his current exclusion, the upcoming African Cup of Nations and the likelihood of him being sold in the January window, we may never see the former captain in a Gunners shirt again.

Aubameyang hasn't featured for Mikel Arteta's side since the Basque coach stripped him of the captaincy last month and now it appears he has travelled early to meet up with the Gabon squad ahead of the African Cup of Nations and, therefore, will not be making a comeback against Manchester City on New Year's Day.
Everything points towards a January exit for the 32-year-old, although his being on international duty may complicate any potential transfer.
The tournament doesn't begin until January 10 and Premier League players do not have to be released until January 3, but Arsenal have given Aubameyang permission to leave immediately and join some of the Gabon squad for a pre-tournament training camp in Dubai.
A number of clubs have been linked with the striker, including Premier League outfits and LaLiga Santander teams, as it seems increasingly probably that his four-year association with Arsenal will soon come to an end. The player himself is said to favour a move to France, where his mother was based until recently, or either Spain or Italy.
Aubameyang joined Arsenal in January 2018 from Borussia Dortmund for around 56 million pounds. He went on to score 92 goals in 163 games, winning the FA Cup and Community Shield in 2020.

Ok you just insulted me so AF must ban you. Besides insulting a club is not same as insulting a fanbase.

Arsenal needs young and vibrant players. Auba at 32 has aged out. He is now a papa player who can't match the younger ones. It's a wise decision to let him leave. I love him much at the field of play but he is too heavy now to mingle with younger ones. I wish him the best in his future club.

Arteta will have a lot of haters among the players, their fans and their agents if he continues to treat players in this way. He did it Ozil, Guandowzi and Auba now

This type of rubbish was written about Xhaka when he lost the captainship of Arsenal three years ago but today he is waxing stronger in the team. Auba signed contract to play ball n not to be the Arsenal captain. I will only believe this on the day he will be leaving the club.

Aubameyang carried us for 3 seasons when we had no one getting the balls into the net .And we'll never forget that .He has been a world class player for us .But im sad he is not even getting chance nowadays .That's just not because of the disciplinary outbreak .He was performing so badly in his last 4,5 games .So ,I think he should have been subbed for games but excluding him out always from the squad was a bad decision .But also if he leaves ,You have done more than enough for us in the first 3 seasons auba .You are always in the heart of gunners .Auba Ma Blood Clat Yang ❤️❤️

I just wish his Arsenal career didn't have to end like this. In his first 2 full seasons he scored 22 league goals, but this season and last season he had off the field issues, went out of form and now he's frozen out of the squad.
